Privacy Policy

This policy covers Tech Solvily HQ ("HQ"), the work management app at hq.techsolvily.com run by Tech Solvily LLC ("we"), including the HQ connector for Claude and other MCP clients.

What we collect

Account data: name, email, title and role of each person invited to an HQ workspace.
Workspace content: tasks, comments, support tickets and messages, documents, files and settings that your team creates in HQ.
Integration data: records your workspace chooses to sync from connected tools (for example HubSpot, Slack or Google), limited to what each integration needs.
Technical data: sign-in events, timestamps and error logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

How the Claude connector uses data

You sign in with your own HQ account (OAuth 2.1). The connector acts as you and can only see and change what you can see and change in HQ.
When you ask Claude something, the connector returns the matching HQ data (for example a task or a ticket) to Claude so it can answer. Claude's handling of that data is governed by Anthropic's terms and privacy policy.
The connector never returns passwords or secrets stored in the HQ vault, and it cannot delete data.
We do not store your Claude conversations. We log tool calls (which tool, when, by whom) for security and support.

How we use data

Only to provide, secure and support HQ for your workspace. We do not sell personal data, we do not use workspace content for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors that run HQ, under contracts that require them to protect it: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Vercel (hosting) and the integrations your workspace turns on. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

Retention

Workspace content stays while the workspace is active. When a workspace owner deletes content or closes the workspace, it is removed from the live system within 30 days and from backups within 90 days. Access tokens for the connector expire automatically; disconnecting the connector in Claude stops further access.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access inside HQ is enforced in the database by row-level security. Vault secrets are encrypted and every reveal is logged.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you can disconnect the Claude connector at any time from Claude's connector settings.
