Use HQ in Claude

The HQ connector lets Claude read and update your HQ workspace: plan your week from your tasks, triage support tickets, draft replies, and answer questions from your company library.

Requirements

An HQ team account (admin or member). Client portal accounts can't connect.
A Claude plan that supports connectors.

Connect

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and add Tech Solvily HQ (or add a custom connector with the URL https://hq.techsolvily.com/mcp).
Sign in to HQ when asked and click Allow.
Turn the connector on in a chat and ask, for example: "What's on my plate this week in HQ?"

What it can do

`create_task`	Write	New task in a space, with owner, due date, priority and stage
`update_task`	Write	Move stage, reassign, co-owners, due date, priority, title
`comment_on_task`	Write	Comment on a task (notifies owner, co-owners and reviewer)
`list_tickets`	Read	Support tickets by status, product, assignee or words
`get_ticket`	Read	One ticket with the full conversation
`reply_to_ticket`	Write	Reply to the customer, or add an internal note
`update_ticket`	Write	Status, priority, assignee, tags
`search_documents / get_document`	Read	The company library as Markdown
`list_spaces / list_people / list_stack / whoami`	Read	Spaces and stages, the team, the tool stack, your profile

Everything runs as you, with exactly your HQ permissions. The connector cannot delete anything and never returns vault passwords.

Disconnect

Remove or turn off the connector in Claude's connector settings. Access stops right away.
